CHALLENGE:
In 2020, the Listerine brand entered social networks. The goal was to boost sales and market leadership, reaching a mainstream audience with a catchy tone and lifestyle theme.
SOLUTION:
We have assigned a special codename to the 7 products of the premium range of personas. We created an online quiz that took a minute to complete and resulted in a suggestion of the optimal product for the customer. Anyone could enter the competition to win these 7 products.
IMPACT:
This successful campaign resulted in a 17% increase in sales in the Czech Republic. The client even decided to use the campaign in other markets, and it was launched in Hungary in January 2021. The campaign has also been awarded. Placing in the Top 5 in the Sales campaign category in the international Marketing Diamonds competition and winning 3rd place in the Social media campaign category in the Fénix content marketing competition.
